Beyonce's short Pixie Cut = Hair Freedom Who Whats It

So of course every one is blogging and talking about Beyonce's new short pixie cut. Well as a hair stylist I understand the need for change in certain stages of your life when your wanting to express your self etc. Sometimes when a women cuts off her hair to bring some sort of power back, it's something that she actually has power over. It's yours it's on your head. You remember when Angela Basset cut off her long locks in Waiting To Exhale. You personal style is a statement and  Beyonce is defiantly making a bold one.. Ex Band mate Kelly Rowland states that " it's not a shock that Bey cut off her hair" Well maybe for you Kelly but for the rest of the world it was a total shock. If I had a client that suddenly cut off the hair that we spent countless hrs and not to mention money to grow I would be devastate for all of about an hour then.. it's like okay whats next.
I wonder what she has in store next?
Do you think she will really rock this short sassy look?  Or will she go back to her long golden locks that we are use to seeing?  Leave a comment and let discuss further?

Here is an exert from Daily Mail.com from her long time hair stylist Kim Kimble whom i give must respect to in the hair business and a great representation for women

Kimble states 'She had great, thick long hair, which she cut off because she’s ready to make a statement. It’s a great [one] to make: I’m beautiful, sexy, bold and I can do it all,' Kimble told People magazine.
'She’s the perfect model for that: A working woman, mom, superstar, businesswoman. She’s powerful in herself. '
Kimble, who also owns her own hair salon, Kimble Hair Studio in Los Angeles, says that when she first saw the Instagram image of Beyonce on Wednesday night she became both shocked and emotional.
She says she knows how hard it is for the Irreplaceable star to grow her hair back.
'I got a little teary eyed! I’ve been working for her so long, she has this beautiful long hair and it’s hard to grow hair out,' she told the magazine.
